Our Christmas Eve day menu will be wonton soup for lunch and turkey + trimmings for dinner. I love being in China during the holidays, and not just because I can eat two of my two favorite meals in one day. While I do miss out family and friends worldwide, we have my dad visiting in Shanghai and our adopted family gathered here in Shanghai.
